Danielle is a deeply experienced nutrition and lifestyle coach who blends science-backed strategy with genuine care. With over a decade of coaching experience and a track record of helping individuals transform both their health and mindset, Danielle is known for her ability to meet clients exactly where they are - and guide them to where they want to go.


She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science and an Associate’s degree in Psychology, equipping her with a holistic understanding of how the mind, body, and behavior intersect. Since beginning her nutrition coaching career in 2017, Danielle has worked with hundreds of clients using a sustainable, functional approach that prioritizes real-life application over extremes.


Danielle is certified through Precision Nutrition (PN1) and holds an advanced Metabolism & Nutrition Specialist credential, allowing her to support clients with energy optimization, hormone balance, and recovery strategies that truly work. As a CrossFit Level 2 coach and a two-time CrossFit Games athlete, she brings firsthand knowledge of how to fuel for both elite performance and long-term well-being.

Outside of coaching, Danielle is a proud wife to a U.S. service member and a devoted mom to her daughter. Her faith anchors her, her love for Harry Potter runs deep, and she finds joy in the little things - like crisp mountain air in the fall or a good laugh with her family over The Office or New Girl.

At her core, Danielle believes in resilience, intention, and helping people rise into the strongest version of themselves - from the inside out.
