3. SMS Messaging & Compliance

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA

  • Rooted Coaching, LLC does NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential. You must be 18 years or older to enroll in SMS messaging.


Opt-In & Consent:

  • You will only receive SMS messages if you have explicitly opted in.
  • We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions.
  • We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws.


Opt-Out Instructions:

  • You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP.
  • You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Message Frequency & Content:

  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services.

SMS Data Protection Statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of service delivery is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.


4. Health Data Utilization

Our app collects and processes health-related information such as workout activity, exercise logs, heart rate, and other fitness metrics. This data is collected only with your explicit consent and is used exclusively to deliver core app features, including fitness tracking, progress insights, and cross-device synchronization.


We do not share your health data with any third parties, and we do not use this data for advertising or marketing purposes. All health information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel only. We adhere to industry best practices to ensure data protection.


If you choose to delete your account, all associated personal and health-related data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

  • All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of text message services.
