Lizzie Buchana

Lizzie brings the perfect blend of professional grit, real-world experience, and heart to her role as Business Manager at Rooted. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University, Lizzie began her career as a Federal Probation Officer, where she sharpened her communication, organization, and people skills in high-pressure environments. Later, as a Real Estate Agent, she leveraged her digital marketing know-how to drive success for a top-producing team. 

Her journey with Rooted began long before joining the team. As a client, Lizzie experienced firsthand the importance of nourishment, strength-building, and embracing the slow, intentional healing process after birth. She's walked the path our clients are on, and that personal insight fuels her commitment to the work we do here. 

Now, Lizzie is the operational backbone of Rooted—streamlining systems, improving client experience, and making sure our coaches are supported so they can focus on changing lives. She's passionate about our mission, and she’s here to make sure we grow in a way that stays rooted (pun intended) in integrity, purpose, and care.
